Your first Espy Box will be billed immediately and sent out within 3 business days. After that the subscription billing and shipping dates are as follows:

Fall Espy Box

Billing – September 1 

Shipping – Shipped in mid September for current subscribers. If you’re a new customer, your first Espy Box will be shipped out within 3 business days. If you order your first box between July 16 – October 15, your next Espy Box will be the Winter Box. 

Winter Espy Box

Billing – November 15 

Shipping – Shipped in late November/early December for current subscribers. If you’re a new customer, your first Espy Box will be shipped out within 3 business days. If you order your first box between October 16 – January 15, your next Espy Box will be the Spring Box. 

Spring Espy Box

Billing – February 15

Shipping – Shipped in late February/early March for current subscribers. If you’re a new customer, your first Espy Box will be shipped out within 3 business days. If you order your first box between January 16 – April 15, your next Espy Box will be the Summer Box. 

Summer Espy Box:

Billing – May 15 

Shipping – Shipped in late May/early June for current subscribers. If you’re a new customer, your first Espy Box will be shipped out within 3 business days. If you order your first box between April 16 – July 15, your next Espy Box will be the Fall Box.

Spring Espy Box

Billing – February 15

Shipping – Shipped in late February/early March for current subscribers. If you’re a new customer, your first Espy Box will be shipped out within 3 business days. If you order your first box between January 16 – April 15, your next Espy Box will be the Summer Box. 

Summer Espy Box:

Billing – May 15 

Shipping – Shipped in late May/early June for current subscribers. If you’re a new customer, your first Espy Box will be shipped out within 3 business days. If you order your first box between April 16 – July 15, your next Espy Box will be the Fall Box. 

When you subscribe you will be sent a link where you can update billing information, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription. 

Alternatively, you can call, text or email us at hello@espybox.com to update billing information, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership. 

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so 10 days before the next bill date or you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box. We do this to forecast inventory.

When you subscribe you will be sent a link where you can update billing information, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription.

Yes, if you picked 2-3 of the items in your first Espy Box, we will email and text you a link around 10 days before your next billing date that allows you to pick 2-3 of the items in your upcoming box. If you don’t select products before the billing date, we will pick items for you based on your questionnaire responses and items in your previous box (we will make sure to select different items that you’re going to love!).

Unfortunately that is not possible, the boxes come as a whole. You can gift it to someone else though :).

Even though the box is for the same person, it will be completely different. We have your/their questionnaire answers and box content from the previous year saved. We’re continually partnering with different high quality brands. Our experts will curate a uniquely new customized box that we think you’re going to love!

The US only at the moment.

We accept returns for boxes for new customers within 30 days. The return policy is valid for one time purchases and the first box of a subscription only.  All products must be unused products (labels still on). We charge a $20 fee for returns, which covers shipping costs.  

Within a week of the box being received back to us.

Shipping is FREE! There is an additional $10 charge for all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. 

Most of our apparel partners are true to size. Certain tops are larger; if you select that you prefer your clothes to fit ‘tightly’ or ‘just right’ in the questionnaire, you may get a shirt in a size below what you selected in order to fit you perfect. If you need to exchange size, simply email us at hello@espybox.com and we will take care of you.
